Privacy Policy
How we handle information submitted through this site.
Last updated: 2026
What we collect
When you fill out a form on this site — the contact form, a discovery questionnaire, or a project inquiry — we collect what you submit directly: your name, email address, business name, project details, and rough budget. We also collect standard technical data automatically, such as browser type, device type, and pages visited, through our hosting and analytics tools.
How we use it
Information you submit is used to respond to your inquiry, scope and deliver projects, and send updates related to work you've engaged us for. Technical and analytics data is used in aggregate to understand how the site is used and where it can be improved. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the tools and processors that keep the studio running — for example, our hosting provider, form-delivery service, and analytics provider — and only to the extent needed for them to perform that function. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
Inquiry and project information is retained for as long as needed to deliver the engagement and meet standard bookkeeping and legal obligations, after which it's deleted or anonymized on a reasonable schedule.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion, subject to any records we're required to retain by law. Reach out using the details on our Contact page and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that affects how your information is handled, we'll update this page and adjust the date below.
